  • Golden french fries

    Frozen

Ships frozen, packed for the product inside.

  • Buffet trays of sliced ham, Swiss cheese and salami

    Refrigerated

Ships cold, from our dock to the operator's door.

  • Dry pasta shapes in glass jars

    Shelf-stable

No coolant needed, in a carton sized to the kit.

Cold shipping without dry ice

  • Gel packs, not dry ice

Frozen and refrigerated kits stay cold without the hazards of dry ice at either end.

  • Thaw-tested packing

Each product, or group of products, is thaw-tested to choose the cooler size and shipping method.

  • Ground or two-day

Cold kits reach 70% of the country by ground or two-day shipping, which cuts shipping costs.

  • Lower-impact options

Compostable coolers, and coolant that can be used as plant food afterward. A good fit for college and university, business and industry, and healthcare programs.

How a sample program works

Operators get to try your product before they buy it. One team runs it, from your product list to the report at the end.

  1. Plan the program

Tell us what to send and which operators should get it.

  2. Build the kits

Your labels, customer letters, case inserts and printed pieces go in with the product.

  3. Test and pack

Every kit is packed for the products inside it.

  4. Ship and track

Every shipment is tracked, with notifications.

  5. Report back

See what shipped and where, with alerts when an item runs low.

Ordering, tracking and reporting

A sample program needs more than boxes. We run the systems around it too.

  • Your own ordering site, or a shared one

Operators or reps order samples themselves behind a secure, flexible login, ready to connect with third-party systems.

  • Free, budgeted or paid orders

Free samples, orders against a budget, or paid orders through a PCI-compliant checkout. IBI collects sales tax and pays it out by state.

  • Reporting and alerts

Reporting is included, with alerts for low inventory and other time-sensitive items.

  • Selling materials and trade shows

Personalized labels, customer letters, case inserts and printed pieces, plus trade show items stored and managed.
